The answer is anywhere from 0 to millions. The truth is, throughout the middle ages, Europe was in turmoil, the records were lost or destroyed, and all we have now is stories.
Realistically, when one includes Europe and the Americas, there were probably a couple hundred executions total based on charges of witchcraft.

i do not have a figure, but in the first year men were more likely to die than women, as they were worked to death. In the later years women were more likely to die as then those not selected for work were more likely to be put to death.
I looked up the trial transcripts and they didn't have lawyers. The people arrested were tried in a special civil court and were questioned by the court. One hundred and fifty were imprisoned and 19 "witches" were hung. Giles Corey was pressed to death ( big rocks put on his chest until he died).
Many citizens of Nazi Germany were treated extremely poorly. They were usually put to death or in concentration camp. The treatment was no different for infertile women who were thought to be harmful to society.
Most likely they would have died, slowly. In that time, if you were accused of been a witch (whom were mostly women). You will be put to death, in one form or another.
