This is a meaningless question. Here's why:

You can pick two different translations and come up with different word counts, so asking for a word count without specifying which translation to use is meaningless, unless it's assumed that you want to know how many words are in the original Hebrew.

But: the original Hebrew was not divided into chapters, so that's a meaningless question also.
