Microwave radiation excites water and fat molecules, increasing their Brownian motion, thereby increasing their temperature.
Most people would think that microwaves use heat to warm up the food, but that isnt true. As you know almost every food has traces of water. What a microwave does is it send microwaves which "excites" the water inside the food. When water is "Excited" it produces heat which warms up the food.
Microwaves work by emitting electromagnetic radiation that causes water molecules in food to vibrate, generating heat. This heat quickly and efficiently warms up the food from the inside out.
Paper plates are made from materials that do not absorb microwaves well, so they do not heat up in the same way as food or containers designed for microwave use. This is why the paper plate does not heat up when containing a potato in the microwave.
It warms up the food for you
i am not as sure to what a magnetic means but i do know a microwave has a magnetron and the way it heats food is by putting out microwaves that make the water molecules vibrate which warms the item because more moving molecules in an object means heat which makes the food hot
The microwave cannot cook food without the magnetron that causes the food to heat up!
to heat up food
the microwave heats cold stuff up!it microwaves food from other nights
There are a number of advantages to owning a microwave with a turntable inside. One of the biggest advantages is that the turntable constantly rotates the food being warmed, ensuring the product warms in an even and equal manner.
A microwave oven is a small electronic device used to heat food up quickly. It uses electromagnetic radiation to warm the food up.
Allowing frozen food to thaw either by leaving out in room temperature or in a microwave defrost cycle. Or when a refrigerator temporarily warms up to melt away frost in the freezer compartment.
A microwave heats water by causing its molecules to vibrate rapidly through a process called dielectric heating. This agitation generates heat that warms the water quickly and evenly. This is why microwave ovens are often used to heat food containing water or liquids.
