You can take the lock assemblies at the dealer and they can replace the tumblers. You could also buy 2 new locking assemblies for both front doors and just replace them both. Might be about the same cost money-wise.

This has to do with a bus which is located in the kick panel by the passenger door. This started after I lost my keyless entry. I have heard that it is the anti security system. Try locking then unlocking the doors twice with a key. This should disable it if it doesn;t then you might need to take it to a jeep dealer to get the keyless entry. when you hit it with that it should turn security off.
