This has to do with a bus which is located in the kick panel by the passenger door. This started after I lost my keyless entry. I have heard that it is the anti security system. Try locking then unlocking the doors twice with a key. This should disable it if it doesn;t then you might need to take it to a Jeep dealer to get the keyless entry. when you hit it with that it should turn security off.

If it is just the terminal ends that are corroded you can use coke cola to clean them. If they need replaced simply go to the store and get two new ones. The ends has two 1/2 bolts loosen them and pull the cable out.

Most likely cable running from stud on top of alternator to battery terminal is corroded or broken.
