It's usually on the hinge for the trunk lid or at least mine was. 2004 Aviator JUST found it. Behind right rear door trim panel for back seat. Carefully peel back weather stripping, pry trim panel out where seat belt retracts. Look at grey module with wires. Decal has 5 digit code. Took 10 minutes to get and it works.
