The odd thing is that folks think that GM is something new. What is going on today is CONTROLLED GM not the totally random stuff that has gone on for thousands of years.
It is also odd that folks think that GM is something horrible. The modern, controlled stuff is far safer than the random stuff that has been going on for so long. Which would you rather eat, random GM plants or directed purposeful GM plants.
