The 1968 Ram Air 400 was rated at 360hp @ 5100rpm, the mid-year round port Ram Air II was also rated at 360hp @ 5400rpm despite better flowing heads & exhaust manifolds, and the 308/320 cam. Ram air IIs were rare and definitely underrated, the Ram Air II evolved in 1969 into the 370hp Ram Air IV.
From the factory it was rated at 400 horsepower.
1970 Pontiac catalina coupe and sedan had a standard 350 255 horsepower the 400 was optional rated at 265 horsepower
400 horsepower and 400 lb/ft of torque.
The 2006 Pontiac GTO has 400 horsepower available. You can increase this by doing modifications to the vehicle to make it even faster and more powerful.

If you have a 400 ci, the horse power was down to 250 with a 4 barrel carb.
Either 185 with the Olds 403 (6.6 litre) or 220 with the Pontiac 400 (T/A 6.6)
at the crank it produces 400 horsepower at 5200 RPM And 400 lbs/foot of torque at 4000 rpms. The car is a monster.
