Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours like the label says. There is acetaminophen in this medication which is an extremely toxic drug for the liver and can be deadly if used in amounts larger than the label directs. Only a few thousand mg of it can seriously damage your liver or even kill you. Four doses is already 2,500 mg. and that is why you are warned not to take more than that.
It is definitely not a good choice for a recreational drug, don't listen to the unwise people who use this in doses exceeding the recommendations. They are taking chances that are too big to take for a mediocre (at best) high.
