Tires should be rotated every 7500 miles for good even tire wear and tire life. Remeber only rotate tires front to back on the same side of the car....no cross rotations. Example: right front goes to right rear..... left front tire goes to left rear and vice versus.
Either your front end or your tires needs to be aligned.
yes. both front must be exactly the same though and the same goes for the rear pair.
the kawasaki teryx goes about 50 to 55 mph i have one and i clocked it at 53mph
It really depends on when it does it, if it does it at one speed, then it goes away at another, the tires need to be rebalanced. If it still does it, then the tires and rims are excessivly warped. hope this helps!

Check your power steering fluid level.
Its the cover to the stator or generator. Either way dont put oil in it its there for inspection purposes
Worn out tires or wrong sized tires. Check tire size first, then check wear. When replacing worn tires do ALL of them, not just the front or rear.

The kawasaki bayou 250 goes exactly 39MPH. I know from experience as I had a person with a speedometer ride next to me
