In poker the chips have a value, this value indicates how much that particular chip is worth. There are "Live Casino Chips", which value is a reflection of how much money they are worth. (For instance a $5 chip is worth $5). There are also "Tournament Chips", their value is a reflection of how much a certain "Tournament Chip" is worth. Tournament chips do not have a cash value, their value is only relevant to the tournament that is being played. (For instance a 50,000 points chip is NOT worth $50,000)

If you mean playing cards, not much. Casinos sell their used cards at a very cheap rate, if you happen to have an unused deck of cards from a casino that is no longer around then you might be able to sell them to someone who collects casino memorabilia.
This depends from casino to casino. Some casino's have got some kind agreement to accept (or exchange) other casino's chips. These casino's work together in order to maximize a person his gambling and casino experience. There is however not much information to be found on this on casino's websites. So the best thing to do, is ask in a casino if they are willing to accept these chips. The chances of them accepting them are going to be very small.
All depends which casino it's from. Most likely has an image on the face of it, which will show/tell you the amount it's worth. Also poker chips can be different from the value chips you use on roulette for example; Buy-in for a poker tournament cost $100 for 5000 chips, those 5000 chips will have values like 5, 10, 25, 50, 100.. on the face, but in cash games they would have $1, $5, $25 etc. But i doubt they would let you walk away with the tournament chips anyway. But the same occasionally applies for other games I've been on, in a casino.
The 1996 Grand Victoria Casino Resort coin in good condition is worth approximately $19.00. A coin in fair condition is worth about $5.00.
Yes, they are much heavier then the average chip and are much more expensive. As a general rule with poker chips, the heavier the chip the better quality. The average casino chip probably weighs about 5 g.

If it's a really recent token, you can cash it in at the casino for face value. Older tokens aren't worth much of anything.
To make them feel heavier. Some people say heavier is better but not really. Casino chips are lighter than metal inserted chips but are made only from clay. Clay chips are ridiculously expensive to buy though or it could be a trap magnet?machine pick up how much it is by size of metal.
