I assume that you are talking about 7.62x39mm rounds. The bullet is the part of the round that is propelled out of the barrel. The price can really vary. I recently bought 1000 rounds for about 15¢ per round (probably less). These were Russian imported full metal jacket with aluminum casings. I would assume that If you wanted brass cases, and higher quality it would cost more. The price of ammunition is constantly changing due to metal prices and tax, however, so it may be more or less.
