you should lose about 1-3kilograms because is your child loses too much weight they can get very sick! which isn't very good for them. The best thing to feed them is fruit and vegetables. When I was young my mum used to always feed me fruit and vegetables for my morning tea and lunch but for morning tea I always had a little treat like a little chocolate Easter egg or something sweet.
