I guess its all depends on what you are doing. If Im at a party and there to get drunk, then Ill drink till I am falling over, though most experts would say this is too much. If I am doing something active like wakeboarding for example, I seem to find about four beer inside a couple hours is a good limit. Just remember that your body metabolizes a beer or shot every hour, so unless you really know what you are doing, keep track of what you have drank and what the time is. Always be safe and dont go driving or swimming or anything like that.

∙ 15y agoThat depends... how much you got? Seriously, though, I drink at least 2 beers a day, but I never get out-of-hand. Moderation is the key to all things in life, and beer is no exception. I drink it for the taste, the overall experience, and the numerous health benefits. In fact, moderate beer drinkers are proven to live longer with fewer health problems than non-drinkers. Cheers to that! Beer can be apart of a healthy lifestyle. The recommended amount is 2-3 units of alcohol a day which works out to just over 1 bottle.

∙ 14y agoSomewhere between a six pack and two six packs. Depends on the rate you drink it at and whether you've eaten. It also matters whether you are male or female and what sort of physical condition you are in. I have consumed six to eight stubbies a day for the last forty years and have had no ill-effects. I'm not overweight and I'm pretty fit.
I don't get hangovers either. I do think the official guidelines are way too low...what would be the point of having just two beers? Waste of time really.

Too many variables. It will depend on these factors:
How fast the beer is drunk
How strong the beer is (it can vary from 3.2% to over 12%!)
How much you weigh
Whether you are eating while drinking
What is your tolerance? For example, if you drink two beers a year, your alcohol tolerance will be lower than if you drink two beers a week.
In general, more than three beers in one day is a bit excessive.
