A typical caplet is 25 mg. The calculated does would be 6.25 mg. Benadryl is pretty forgiving as to dose. For a 20 lb. dog, I'd break off about 1/4 - 1/3 of the pill. If you're using capsules, the same is true.
Put either in a favorite treat (like peanut butter) and your pooch will usually take it willingly, or you can administer it from the capsules by mixing it with warm water, draw it into a syringe (without the needle) and spray it onto the roof of the pet's mouth (so it doesn't go down the wrong pipe).
Benedryl shouldn't be used to euthanize a dog.
Contact your vet, or your local humane society or animal shelter.
1 mg per 2 lbs of weight
I have read from various sources that you can give 1000iu per 30 lbs of body weight.
Her dog weighs 73x92 or 6,716 pounds.
If you want to give each dog an equal amount, then45 lbs /60 dogs = 3 lbs/ 4 dogs = 0.75 lbs per dog

I would wait for a day then give the dog version to be safe. If you really really want to give it to him now though you could probably give him half the dose. I'm not an expert and I prefer to be on the safe side
You should ask a veterinarian. They will tell you the proper form of benadryl, and the dosage depending on the animal's size.
4 cups a day
