It would simply take over two weeks to notice the changes and put on over 2 pounds if a real binge eater.
Binge eating is when a person consumes too much food, typically known as overeating; the person will likely be unable to stop or cut-down their eating intake. Binge eating is a difficult disorder to combat, mainly because of the factors that caused the person to start eating so much. People should take necessary steps to stopping binge eating because the disorder will take control of their life, and may cause death.

Yes! If you eat but don't use the energy, you will gain weight. This goes regardless of how much you eat. Some athletes take in ridiculously amounts of food but don't gain weight due to the sheer amount of exercise they do. So, I suppose, if you do enough exercise to counteract your binging then sure, you will not gain weight. But in reality, THAT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE! Don't binge. Don't starve. Eat normally. It's so much easier to maintain!

Many bulimics do not lose weight at all. Many are actually overweight. Self-induced vomiting is a very poor method of weight control. Even if you throw up the moment after you finish eating, a significant amount of the food still gets digested. This is especially true if you binge instead of eating normal amounts of food. A lot of the calories still get absorbed. Vomiting also makes you exhausted, so you are less likely to exercise.
Depends how much weight you want to lose, how much and what kinds of food your eating, and of course how much exercise you're doing.

Comfort eating is when a person doesn't necessarily eat when there hungry but to make them feel good. Its usually high calorie foods. Some even take this when they've had a bad day or feel lonely. Unfortunately it has been linked to binge eating at times.
Weight loss pills only promote weight loss by providing ingredients(not proven to work) such as herbal remedies. AS for the not eating...not a good idea unless you want to look anorexic
