Measuring brain activity.
Doctors use an electroencephalogram (EEG) to study brain wave activity. This test involves attaching electrodes to the patient's scalp to measure electrical activity in the brain. EEGs are helpful in diagnosing conditions such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, and brain injuries.
About 10% of your brain ---------------------------------- Actually you use just about all of your brain
You use your brain for 100% of your life. When your brain stops functioning, so do you.
Humans DO use their full brain capacity. Scientists can detect and record activity in every area of the brain. But our conscious brain only uses 10%... the rest of the brain takes care of internal functions though the subconscious brain.

Isaac Newton use his brain to its maximum level he use his brain to 110 %
You use 7,000,000 brain cells.
It is a common myth that humans only use 10% of their brains, but in reality, the brain is constantly active and different regions are involved in various tasks simultaneously. While certain functions may require more brain activity than others, it is safe to say that the majority of the brain is engaged in different activities throughout the day.
Years ago a neurologist teased apart human brain tissue and observed that 10% of it was neurons and 90% was glial cells and other non-neuronal tissue. So yes, we can suppose only 10% of the brain is really brain. But the notion that we use only 10% of our MENTAL CAPABILITIES is regarded as nonsense. There is no way to measure this. As far as brain activity is concerned, we use parts of our brain for various things, and extreme brain activity is not a sign that things are going well.
There is no scientific evidence suggesting that people with synesthesia use more of their brain than those without it. Synesthesia is believed to involve cross-activation between different areas of the brain, rather than an overall increase in brain activity.
