This answer varies A LOT. I, for one, do not drink caffeine. So my intake is 0 mg. Pregnant women are advised to have less than 200 mg of caffeine a day (equal to one cup of coffee). Some people drink 2+ cups of coffee, tea, soda, etc, so obviously this amount can be a lot higher. Anywhere from 0-600 mg of caffeine can be normal depending on the person.
You don't need more than one cup a day to stay alert. People who drink a lot of coffee become used to the caffeine and it doesn't work as well as it does on other people, but you really don't need more than one.
no we dont because it is kind of like a drug ~ We can drink caffeine but it is discouraged because the caffeine is actually a drug/stimulant. There are Adventists who do drink caffeine, some more than others. Some Adventists believe if it's in "moderation" it's okay. But, the church ADVISES to not drink coffee, Coca-Cola, etc. with any amounts of caffeine.

No. Many people drink several cups of day. The amount of caffeine in a can of coke is less than in a cup of coffee. However, it is a good idea to add some water to the amount of fluid you drink during the day - and your teeth as well as your body might benefit from less sugary beverages being traded with fresh water ;)

If you look on the back of the can it says. It honestly depends on age, if your less than 12yrs of age, it is seriously not recommended you drink ANY type of energy drink. But say your a high-schooler, you can drink up to 5-a-day, your heart goes into rhythmacies, and it is likely you'll have severe heart problems with anymore that day. I've been sent to the hospital when I was 12 for "over-dosing" on Rockstar. I'm 13 now. Hehe...

Unless they were checking for caffeine, NO. Even still, caffeine would be out of your system within a day.
It's fine in moderation but with coffee especially you should not drink too much or quit since it has the most caffeine in it.
