read this and youl lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks and 3 days. honestly, well averagely, guys should eat 2,200 calories a day. but healthy food as in alot of meat with no skin, fruit, and vegetables, but eatings not the only thing, u should go to the gym everyday and lift weights for about 45 min. and then jog 1 mile in the tredmiel and then sprint another half a mile everyday and youl lose weight, but when you lift weights, dont work on same muscle, work on diff. muscles every day and take the weekend off. lastly, for my choice, for diets, buy and eat subway sandwitches, cut one sandwitch into 1/3ds and eat it for the day but only for lunch and dinner. for breakfast, eat a small bowl of cereal. trust me i am doing this diet and weight training and i lost 6 pounds in one week. i am 13 and 5'6 and weigh 174 lbs. now but trust me its not all fat i can bench 140-150 lbs. and i play football!!! tell other too about this plan for dieting :)

It will depend on your current weight. A person weighing 300 pounds may be able to consume over 2000 calories and still lose significant weight while a person weighing 150 pounds may be limited to 1500 calories/day to lose.
350000 a week
1,500 calories a day
A calorie is a calorie, no matter what source you get it from. That is, if you consume more calories than you burn, then you will gain weight; if you consume less calories than you burn, then you will lose weight.
