To clear up two things, that's EAGLE and it has to be 1857, not 1957.
Assuming we're both discussing the same coin, an 1857 flying eagle cent is not out of reach for an average collector. As of 12/2008, a worn one sells for about $25 retail. With only moderate wear, $50; almost like new, about $150.
how much is a double died 1957 penny worth
On average, value is 3 to 10 cents.
In 1857 2 kinds of cent coins were struck a Liberty Head large cent and a Flying Eagle small cent. Please be more specific.
five cents
Unless it is in exceptional uncirculated condition, an average uncirculated 1957 Philadelphia mint cent has a value of about $12 and a Denver mint has a value of about $5.
About $55.
Unless it's brilliant uncirculated or proof, most are 3 cents.
On average, value is 2 to 8 cents...not much at all,(even though it is a wheat penny...)
A 1957 cent is all copper. The silver part has been coated with some other metal, so this is a damaged coin with no numismatic value.

In circulated condition, about 3 cents.A nice, red uncirculated one is worth about 20 cents.DanUser:WorkingMan
A 1957 US cent is a very common date. If in circulated condition it might fetch like 3 cents. If uncirculated it might fetch 50 cents or so. They're worth more than face, but not by much.
