probably the rings are stuck or either it needs new ones or the piston is bad probably need to have the cylinder bored and the motor rebuilt it will cost about $170
Your head gasket choice should be based on the type of heads and compression ratio you are using. Contact technical assistance at a parts supplier or parts manufacturer for your specific application.

A 5.8 liter engine should have around 210 HP unless it has been rebuilt, bored out, ect... I have a jasper rebuild engine and they say it is slightly more than the factory HP of 210 HP
be awesome like me
No. They ALL came with the standard 4.00" bore from the factory, whether it was a 302, 327, or 350. If it's bored 30 over, it's been rebuilt at least once.
Well if you are getting bored with your girlfriend then maybe you and her should make a list of things about each other that makes the other bored.

a 357 Chevy is a just a smallblock 350 Chevy bored .040 over for a total CID of 357, just as one bored .030 is a 355 Chevy. a standard rebuilt 350 is generally bored out during the rebuild process to usually 355, sometimes 357. right now i have a 357 Chevy in my 1970 chevelle
