a yard of concrete is 3'x3'x3', so 36"x36"x36", 36 divided by 3 is 12, so you would get 12 36x36 slabs out of a yard, thats 9 square feet per slab, multiply that by 12 and you have 108 sqft
4800/100 is 48, x36 = 1728
= 24 x 36 sq feet = 864 sq feet
That depends upon how thick the cushions are. I'll take a guess that you need about 5 1/2 inches on each side to go down the sides of the cushions and still have enough fabric left to tuck in so that it will hold. That means that you will need a piece of fabric 36"x36" for each of the six seats. If you go with 72" wide fabric, then you will need 3 yards.
The most common use for sheet plexiglass would in storm doors and windows. You can find a 72"x36" sheet at Home Depot priced at $47.75 or at Lowe's for $49.98.
