derp
The words "derp" and "durka-durka" are commonly used in English-language "impressions" of what Arabic sounds like but are not actually words in Arabic at all. Moreover, there is no letter "p" in Arabic, showing that "derp" could not even conceivably be a word in Arabic.

Idk about the first one but everyone is cooler than hunter, derp
I think that the usage of that word is somehow related to the 1998 comedy film Baseketball by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone.
One basic right which most American women were denied in the 1800s was the right to vote and education opportunities. *DERPY DERP
'Derp' is a term popularized by South Park. It's sort of a random utterance, such as "blargh". It was used in South Park during a fictional Rob Schneider trailer. Since everything's so generic in his movies, they made fun of them by filling all the description in the trailer with random bits like 'derp' and 'titilly tum'.
