Nothing if you're talking about a powered Vacuum cleaner which wasn't invented until mid 1901 during the beginning of the Edwardian era (the Victorian era ended in January 1901). The first was horse drawn and parked outside the house. Other models followed within years and became smaller and eventually portable and electrically powered. There was a hand powered cleaner called the Whirlwind marketed in the America in 1869 for $25.
