i also work at a regis and its deff not bad pay but i make 45% commission,and theres no reason not to be on commission if you have been there more than a few months.
after commission and tips i normally bring home about 180 a day before taxes with tips on the lower end
Well let's see I have been with Regis now for three years, and the manger screwed up and I am supposed to be at 50% but since it was not put in I am just at 45% still. My tips are great on days, but sometimes they do just as much as my pay. I switched to two day a week instead of 5 and I am only making maybe $100 less on my paycheck. I am also making well over $2000 more at my other job during the week in a medical office. But truly, Cosmetology is my dream of having my own salon in spa one day. Make sure if you go in there you have a busy walk way right in front of you to drive people in and out none stop, or you will be sitting all day.
