Im not exactly sure, but I think it is about $50,000.00-$60,000.00 for full experience or about four years. For serving about 1-2 years it's about $30,000.00- $40,000.00, State Troopers are the highest paid law enforcement group.
Unfortunately if your position has a set salary and you are not a hourly paid employee than you are not entitled to being paid for overtime, even in the state of Colorado.
