It depends on what law practice your in and your level of law education. There are paralegals with law degrees who never have been accepted to the bar, for what ever reason. Then people with high education degrees that switch to law majors. There are also legal secretaries who may have enough education to be considered para legal. The range can be between $20,000 to $80,000 in salary.

a paralegal makes half of what a lawyer makes so if a lawyer makes 350 000 dollars a year a paralegal will make 175 a year

it all depends on the money the lawyer makes
