Pet snakes eat live mice or frozen mice. A snake's diet consists of mice because other animals cost to much to constantly buy for your snake to eat.
It probably depends where your shopping but typical Pet stores like Petsmart or Petland small dog toys are around 2-5$.
Yes, pet mice are aloud pretty much everywhere.
I don't know how much a Degu costs at petland, but I wouldn't recommend getting one from a petstore. Any pet you get from a petstore comes either from a breeding mill or an inexperienced breeder, and 90% of the time has health problems. If you want to get a degu first do your research and then go to: www.degus.com/breeders.HTML For a list of good breeders.
at petland pet smart etc
no from a pet store like petland, petco, petsmart
Petland or if you want to get one cheaply look on Craigslist
Petland Discounts is a chain of pet supply stores with locations in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Their website has a listing of all of the locations.
The cost of feeding a pet snake mice will depend on the size of the snake, and also the prices at a local pet store. Many pet stores have "feeder mice" that are relatively cheap, and bred for feeding snakes and other carnivorous reptiles. These mice can usually be purchased for less than $3 apiece, and many snakes that eat them will only need to eat once a week. However if a snake is larger, rats may be the more economical way to go, and many rats cost around $5 apiece.
Mice, Rats, Hamsters, Gerbils, and Guinea Pigs all eat the same stuff. Wal-Mart or any pet store sells bags of rodent food for 5 - 6 Bucks.
