Don't worry so much about it. Not everyone has a boyfriend, it just appears that way. There are lots of shy kids in your school and you're just not looking in all the right places. Remember .... If you put out, you're asked out ... A LOT! I went through this in High School and I was independent and refused to give up any part of myself such as sleeping with some guy I didn't even care about that much just so I could say I had a boyfriend. You can date guys that go to other schools or that you meet outside of school. Lots of girls do. Every girl has a slow time between boyfriends or not even having a first boyfriend. Take it slow and before you know it you'll have a boyfriend when it's the right time.

They do not go to school outside. However, the buildings are much different than the U.S. mainland. They are all separate so students do have to walk outside between classes and lunch.
