snug them don't tighten them
Only adjustment on it is the fuel mixture screw (on the bottom of carb) all the other jets are fixed, and the only way to modify is to buy new jets and install them.
I would try a good quality carb. cleaner. If that does not work you may have to take it to a dealer for cleaning.
Remove the carb and take the bowl off the bottom. Remove the jets and soak in carb cleaner. Make sure you can see daylight through them.
fIRST CHECK THE JETS IN YOUR CARB, THEY HAD A BATCH COME IN WITH THE WRONG JETS INSTALLED.
remove from bike ,take float bowl off(bottom), carefully remove the float pin(plastic peice has a metal pin),and needle don't lose anything take out jets very carefully and spray with carb cleaner take off top don't lose spring take off accelerator pump has 3 screws spray carb body with cleaner make sure all holes cn be sprayed through once that's done put it back together )
42 pilot 150 main for stock Keihin butterfly carb.
usually it is caused by bad gas causing issues in the carb. a plugged filter or jets in the carb
I just rebuilt my Edelbrock 1405 Preformer carb. During the rebuild once I had the carb almost completely dissassembled I removed all four jets and replaced them with new ones from the kit.

If you have done all of the above, next pull the carb off and clean it. Pull both the main and idle jets out of carb and clean them. Make sure you can blow through them before reinstalling into the carb.
try cleaning your carb your floats may be stuck or a plugged jet try cleaning your carb with carb cleaner and use a piece of wire to fit through your jets ...
make sure fuel is getting to the carb, clean your carb and jets (in carb) check spark plug, kick harder, give it some gas if a 2 stroke
