Depends on the client billing, how good their staffing models are and how productive the agents are. The amount per agent can sometimes be around $25.00 per hour but that is before paying the agent and all other overhead like the building, insurance, other staff and lots more... Most outsourcers are happy when they bring in 5% so that means around $1.25 is what they make after everything is said and done... if they are making that.
