Depends on what you're getting it for. A 64GB iPod touch is more expensive but has more space. If you want to have multiple things on it other than music (videos, games etc.) then that one would be better. The 8GB is less expensive but doesn't hold as much space as the 64GB. This one would be better for mostly music.
