I'm not sure, but I believe the Davis Firearm company is out of business, so there is no one you can contact. <><><><><> As was common before it became illegal to sue a gun manufacturer for pure operator negligence, Davis Industries was essentially sued out of existence in 1998. Currently, the Davis Industries semi-auto and derringer designs are produced by Cobra Industries. Cobra bought the machinery and design rights. The Cobra CA32 is the Davis P-32 and the CA380 is the Davis P-380. The Cobra derringers are the former Davis Industries derringers. All parts interchange. However, a first step would be to contact a local gunsmith, but to be blunt, the cost of repair may exceed the value of the pistol- these are not high dollar items.

E-gunparts, gunsmith shops, etc. Be careful with this, as the cost of individual parts and labour can easily total up to significantly more than a Davis (or any other "Ring of Fire" manufacturer) is worth.
