The unit cost is $1000 - $1100, although actual price will vary between the contract negotiated between the manufacturer and the customer... agencies such as military forces and law enforcement agencies almost certainly don't pay full unit price.
If you're a civilian and a resident of the US, you would have to pay the cost of obtaining a Federal Firearms Licence (Type 1, 7, or 10) with the Class III Special Occupational Tax Stamp, and authorisation from your County Sheriff's Office to purchase it as a dealer sample. Plus there'd be the costs of maintaining a store front, plus the property and maintenance of your own range (it's doubtful you'll get the LE letterhead without owning and running one).
Or it'll cost you whatever amount you need to buy off enough politicians to change the firearms laws. And I doubt even the Koch Brothers can manage that.
Talking about real firearms: It appears that some semi automatic MP7A1's were imported into Canada, (quantity I don't know) none of the semi auto's have made it into the USA as of this point, rumor is HK has no plan's of sending any semi's to USA. The Automaic-submachine gun MP7A1's, are available in USA to law enforcement and military only.
