The Giant Panda is a much larger animal (220-300 pounds) than a koala...unless you are talking about the Red Panda (7-12 pounds) which is smaller than the Koala (16-20 pounds).
The giant Panda are, well, giant! It is also black and white whereas red pandas are...well, red! And much smaller. Red Pandas resemble racoons!

it depends on what knid of panda. a brown panda and a giant panda are basically the same, but the brown panda is brown as opposed to black. red pandas look much like raccoons, but are an orangey reddy browny kind of color. look up "giant panda" on google images and you will see a giant panda. imagine the black on that panda is a brown color, and you have a brown panda.
Cubs, or baby Giant Pandas are very small and completely helpless when first born. They are totally blind, weighing only four to eight ounces, plus they are about six inches long.
