Depends on which store you work and wether your a salary worker or hourly wage
corporate stores (where everyone goes and complains about their problems)make more money then the dealer stores
dealer stores have it easier since if we dont feel like handling a customer we just refer them to the corporate store which is the reason they hate us
Hourly people make 7.50 plus a 5% from what they sell which is not alot
to make say $40 dollars you have to sell atleast $800
this company is soo cheap they find any way to rip your paychecks off ! go work for Verizon or some other plce
and salary workers make $700-800
Minimum Wage plus a bonus per phone sold ($2)

The strength of a sales person should be customer friendly. The person should relate to people and make them feel comfortable.
It seems their hourly pay ranges from minimum wage to 30ish dollars per hour. However being a carsales person requires you to work on commission. Meaning you must compete with your other co workers in trying to sell the most cars as you make a percentage of what you sell.
