How much does a full grown Ultimate Mastiff weigh?

More or less 170 pounds

I have a 3 year old male Ultimate Mastiff and he recently weighed in at 89kg (196lbs) and that is after having him on a leaner diet!! I am 5'10 and he stands my mid thigh height at his shoulders. Our Vet informs me that he has reached his grown height; but will continue to fill out until 4yrs old. So who knows how heavy he will be at 4!

He is the typical UM, affectionate, loyal, protective, cuddly, easy going - almost aloof at times with his family and adores children. However he also posesses the flip side of the traits too.. he dislikes all male dogs regardless of his puppy school and obedience training (which we decided to stop attending due to his dog aggression issues and his size made him appear to be Cujo to other owners). He is always 'on duty', every sparrow fart is barked at, stared at, stalked, investigated and intimidated. He adores our APBTxABD girl and cries almost like a wolf when they are separated. Our Siamese cat however is another story... mutual hate mixed with mutual respect I think!

Ultimate Mastiffs are a big machine that push the boundaries constantly. They need a confident, dominant owner to keep them in their place within the family or they quickly try to assert themselves. They are definitely not a breed for beginners or those who don't understand their unique set of needs. Their sheer size dictates that what would be a small problem in a Labrador presents as a really big issue in the UM.

Knowing what I know now; I would own another in a heartbeat - but wish I had been better informed about their characteristics beforehand as they are nothing like any of the other Mastiff breeds I have owned before.
