What do you buy first in Clash of Clans Dark Elixir Drill or Rage spell?
You have to have dark elixir to build the rage spell. Unless you are going to get all of your elixir from battles and wars, you will need to have a drill. Assuming you already have dark elixir storage, it is better to go ahead and get your drill first. The drill becomes available at town hall level 7. You can't get the spells until the next town hall level.
How do you get hog riders on Clash of Clans?
You need to have the Dark Barracks in order to be able to train Hog Riders and the Dark Barracks are unlocked once your Town Hall reaches Level 7 however you also require the use of the Dark Elixir Storage which you will need to purchase for 600000 elixir in order to build and the Dark Elixir Drill which is the Dark Elixir Collector that you will also need to purchase but for 1000000 elixir.

How do you use quickdraw syncron Its effect is really confusing .?
In short: send a monster from your hand to the graveyard to special summon it from your hand. It can be substituted for any other synchron in a synchro summon, but you cannot use it to summon other Synchros. Now for the detail; Actually, it's simple. Send a monster from your hand to the graveyard (NOT discard, so it won't help the dark worlds) to special summon it. You can only use it for the synchro summon of a synchro that needs a synchron monster (eg Drill Warrior) and it treats itself as the listed tuner (eg Drill Synchron). So, you would normally synchro Drill Warrior(level 6) using Drill Synchron(level 3) and any other non-tuner level 3, like Marauding Captain (helpful hint; Marauding Captain special summons a level 4 or lower, so summon Drill Synchron and immediately synchro Drill Warrior!) Instead, you would use Quickdraw Synchron (level 5) and a level 1 non-tuner for Drill Warrior. My favourite combo with Quickdraw is to send Quilbolt Hedgehog from my hand to my graveyard to special summon it, then tune the level 5 QuickDraw with the newly special summoned level 2 Quilbolt for the Level 7 Nitro Warrior (which normally needs Nitro Synchron)! The main drawback, aside from Quickdraw's high level, is that the other synchrons have better effects. Drill Synchron let's your warriors pierce, and Nitro Synchron let's you draw a card when used for Nitro Warrior.
