Sheep need different amounts of food depending on the breed and how old they are.
my sheep at home eat with me at the dinner table and so they get a variety of food and drink. their favourite is grass drizzled with a tad of olive oil and vinegar and then topped with some breadcrumbs on a bed of barely.
I'm in 4-H. Where I raise market projects for slaughter. I feed my weathers whole barley (easier to digest then rolled barley and less likely to choke on it). I add some sheep mineral to it. I choose a brome/alfalfa hay which i fork every day. A average animal of any kind will eat a maximum of 3% of their body weight each day. If your market animals are not eating well i suggest adding dried molasses, for a little sweetening.
My flock of 60 are fed free choice hay and whole barley during lambing season. During the summer they are fed on pasture.
Hopefully this helps!

It depends on how many sheep there are, one sheep doesn't eat as much as one horse
All sheep are grazers. Be them wild or domesticated they all eat the same. Wild sheep enjoy grass and grasing as much as the dometics.
