1 and half points on your lic, and it is usually 500.00, plus you HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT, OR YOU GO TO JAIL.
or you can hire a lawyer for 750.00 and you will not have to appear, the 1 and a half points will be removed, and your all done. Get back to work
no you don't
I would not think so
Every 3 years you Lose a point ...as long as the ticket is paid
only if its before you pay the ticket
A seat belt ticket is a non-moving violation and does not add points towards your license.
When a person receives a ticket for a civil or criminal traffic offense, the ticket will stay on your record whether it was paid or not. The state of Texas also uses a point system against a persons driving record.
Basically, yes. Point systems vary from state to state, but generally if the offense is one for which points would normally be assessed, then the fact that it's your first ticket doesn't matter.
At this point yes it will as of 2005 the Government has been enhancing the computer systems.
I assume you are asking if there is some way to have your ticket deleted from your record. There is not once you have been found guilty.
Your best bet is to go to an IL approved traffic school to get the ticket removed.
i dont know how much the ticket is or if it is a point but the way you might be able to erase it if u do get a point is going to traffic school. a friend of mine has had 5 tickets in the last year and he has done that every time and not a single point on his record
