First and foremost, this depends on the quantity you are going to make. It also depends on the quality of the ingredients you are going to use. For instance, if you use Red Delicious apples, as well as Granny Smith apples, organic celery, fresh lemon juice, Kraft mayo, toasted Walnuts, and Sunmaid Raisins--it is going to cost significantly more, however, the product will taste much better. On the other hand, you can use only Red Delicious apples, a lesser quality celery, bottled lemon juice (NOT recommended), a generic mayo, pecan pieces (or omit the nuts, altogether), and generic raisins--it will cost a lot less, but you will have a lesser quality product.
