I've been looking into this recently. The American Girl Doll Hospital will replace the entire head for $39 (plus $7 shipping/handling). They don't list any option for just replacing a wig, but you could try contacting them. I know you can also buy wigs that fit AG dolls online, and it's supposedly easy to do, but I've never tried it.
