For a job interview: My least favorite thing to do is leave projects unfinished. I like to see things through until the end, no matter how difficult or challenging they may be. Any other time: waking up in the morning

There isn't much effort involved; you simply leave your job. There aren't many good reasons why a person would want to do this except to accept a better job or to retire.

Maternity leave is when you leave a job for 1 year to give birth to a child and then care for them... A man gets 4 weeks of a job to help their wife/partner.
