There are too many variables to answer that question. The front and side plugs are much easier to access than the rear plugs, and the accessories can make the job take a lot longer. Most garages have a set hourly rate for engine repair, and can provide an estimate for the total cost.
About an hours labour. They are not hard to put back in. SO about $60-$100

Around $500.
Standard plugs are about a $1.50. Platinum plugs are about $4 and iridium plugs are about $7.
You will need to drain all the antifreeze as much as possible, Then take hammer and a long punch and drive freeze plugs side ways in the block, then take plairs and pull the plugs out. then clean and sand the holes, Put yellow weather striping sealer on new plugs and drive them back in with a socket that fits in them. Make sure they are flush with the block. You will have to remove some parts to get to some of the plugs.
