Yes, however, there is no road connection through the Darian gap, which is in Panama and Colombia. Hence you would need to walk or get a four wheel vehicle or something. I just finished a 16 month trip from California to the tip of South America by car, so it is possible. To get over the 50km Darien Gap, you need to ship -(because of the canal) between Panama and Colombia. The issue becomes cost. Not sure how much is involoved
