You'll have to call the shop and ask. Every shop is different. The jewelry you pick also matters. You wont get anything fancy at first so really its if you pick titanium or surgical steel :)
depends on where you go the first time i got mine done the place i went it cost $30 and then i had to take it out for BCT then i just got it re done somewhere else and it only cost $25 so just call around to piercing places and see but make sure you go to a place that u heard does it good bc one mess up can kill you because of the 2 veins in your tongue Just a bit more info: OK lets qualify this a bit, average piercing price (this is the fee for doing the piercing) is not the total price of the piercing, jewellery is quite often not included in the piercing fee.
