I don't know about mice, I would guess 'yes' if you could find a vet to do it. I have had many male rats neutered so they could live with my females. Neutered, they are less aggressive and don't get the oily, musky smell that un-neutered rats do. Still, in retrospect, compared to the cost of the procedure and the longevity of the animals, I would not do it in the future. I'am not to 100% if you can neutered your mice go and ask your vet to see if you can or not. Sorry I can not help you that much.
