If the truck has disc brakes on the rear then the park brake shoes are located inside the rear rotors. You have to remove the brake calipers, pads and rotors to access them
Check the brakes. You may need new rotors. You didnt say how hard you stand on the brakes because if you are heavy on them it could be the abs unit working properly

Disconnect battery for 2 minutes; however this unfortunately will not fix the problem if you have replaced the pads or rotors yoursely and the came on you may have to do more research.
