That all depends on what you mean by repair. If you want to replace the axle Shaft it normally costs about $150 to $220 dollars for the parts alone.for a shop to do it figure on higher parts prices, and probably about $150 to $200 dollars in labor. It's actually very easy to change an axle shaft. Just buy a good shop manual, find a nice spot, put on some grubby clothes, some tunes ( I prefer pink Floyd ) and just do it! Think of the overwhelming sense of satisfaction you will incur afterwards. Good luck
