I guess you have to be more specific with the question, but at the back of my head, here's the differences: - The Shanghai stock market is closed to most foreign investors, but the Singapore Stock Market isn't; - Most large caps (or 'quality') Chinese companies tend to list on the Shanghai Stock Market, whereas only mid and small caps Chinese companies are listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. - The differences in the reporting, accounting and regulations for listing, for an example, See the recent COSCO (Singapore) debacle. - Etc.
